About Us

Let's start from the beginning... My name is Todd Benzel, I am the owner of Squeegee Guys and I am happy to say we have been serving the community since 2007 but we have been in the window cleaning and service industry since 2000. I was born in Lincoln and my wife and I are proudly raising our family in this wonderful town. My wife and I have three children, our son, Gannon, and our twin daughters, Madden and Brynn. I love God, my family, my hometown of Lincoln, CA, the Raiders and the Kings. I also love to play disc golf whenever there is a free moment but with family, church and showing the community the difference a SQUEEGEE makes, there are not too many free moments haha. I have to say I was a bit skeptical about how much the solar would produce after a good cleaning, and I'm pleasantly surprised on how wrong I was. I saw a jump in production day one!  I was in the solar industry for over 10years and I never thought there was a ROI on getting solar panels cleaned. I have monitoring on my system so I could get a clear before and after production. We had the same weather on a few days in a row for a perfect test. The day before I produced 17.9kWh, then after the cleaning the next day it jumped to 27.1kWh. Clearly there was a big jump in production. Over 40%. With the way PG&E is going that could be a giant savings for me every year. I never cleaned my panels and they have been up there for about 5years. Local construction and all the fires got them beyond normal dirty.  I will get them cleaned every year from here on out. Makes perfect sense! Plus, They look a lot better and they did a great job and I don't have to get up on the roof...! I already have a few referrals I'm sending the Squeegee Guys to." -Eric W.
